J. Zach Hollandsworth is the founder and Chief Technology Officer at Veribrum Real Estate Software, a strategic space planning tool primarily used by property managers and corporate real estate. Veribrum dynamically renders diagrams of skyscrapers, provides space planning, and space projection. Zach also founded, developed, and served as Chief Technology Officer of Quarem Real Estate Software, one of the first commercial real estate transaction management systems. He writes white papers and speaks internationally on topics including XML, Java, GeoCoding, and MySQL . In his spare time, Zach competes internationally in bicycle polo, volunteers at the Yellow Bike Project, builds web applications for fun, and is working on becoming an urban farmer of vegetables, fish, chickens, and bees. Zach designed and is currently building a zero-energy micro house from a single shipping container in Austin, TX.
